Course objectives

The aim of this course is to give participants the prerequisites to drive or contribute to change processes in practice. Further, the course aims to equip participants with tools to generate organizational involvement in creating sustainable change.

Content

You learn important tools to plan and implement change. We take a concrete starting point in your own work life: current and upcoming change projects or concrete challenges in implementing change.
You learn to identify stakeholders and create support for your project and how to turn participants’ resistance into new energy and motivation, as well as how to mobilize attitudes that support new pathways to change.

Closed company courses can be held at your location or ours by agreement.

Duration

The course will be held as a 1-day course from 09:00-16:00 including lunch and breaks. Company sessions are held by appointment.
