The aim of this course is to give course participants the prerequisites and targeted tools to facilitate processes that create company value.
You learn methods to navigate the role of facilitator and how to help groups develop ideas and make decisions. You get to develop your role as a facilitator to one of greater influence and impact.
We give you tools to challenge participants’ habitual thinking towards processes and how to handle resistance and dissatisfaction.
You learn methods that create positive energy and a high level of group involvement, commitment and efficiency. Finally, you learn to round off and summarize the learning and results achieved.
