Course target group

Participants who wish to manage stressful situations and acquire methods to improve stress management and quality of life.

Course objectives

The purpose of the course is to provide participants with a method to manage their stress situations and acquire techniques for improving stress management and quality of life.

Course content

The course focuses on four important areas of life:

  • Work life
  • Personal life
  • Family life
  • Relationship life

Participants are introduced to the following four stress management resources:

  • Problem-solving
  • Communication
  • Flexibility
  • Closeness – small meditation exercises

Course location

The course can be held either at our premises or as a company team at your location – we cover all of Denmark.

Schedule

Closed company class: Full-day course from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. – or by arrangement to best fit your calendar.
