Who is it for?
For all employees who need to be able to express themselves correctly and understandably on a phone in both professional and everyday contexts in French.


  • To achieve mastery of general phone expressions in commonly occurring situations.
  • To work on listening comprehension and active listening.
  • To achieve active oral proficiency, which enables the participant to express themselves clearly and concisely.

The course consists of a module of 20 lessons, taken as 45 minutes over 2 training days or over a longer period.

Teaching can take place at either our or your offices.
