To provide participants with concrete tools to create a better balance between work and personal life, enhance wellbeing, foster peace of mind, and achieve greater job satisfaction and motivation.
The course focuses on raising participants’ awareness of their current imbalances.
We will work with the “Wheel of Life” and examine whether participants have the right balance between work, family/friends, relationships, leisure, health, finances, and personal development.
The course focuses on the following key areas: quality of life, work–life balance, personal life, job satisfaction, wellbeing at work, habit change, and developing a personal action plan to move forward.
