Course target group

This course is designed for managers, employees, and teams who wish to achieve a healthier balance between work and personal life. It is ideal for those looking to enhance their wellbeing, strengthen resilience, and improve overall quality of life and engagement – both individually and collectively.

Course objectives

To provide participants with concrete tools to create a better balance between work and personal life, enhance wellbeing, foster peace of mind, and achieve greater job satisfaction and motivation.

Course content

The course focuses on raising participants’ awareness of their current imbalances.
We will work with the “Wheel of Life” and examine whether participants have the right balance between work, family/friends, relationships, leisure, health, finances, and personal development.

The course focuses on the following key areas: quality of life, work–life balance, personal life, job satisfaction, wellbeing at work, habit change, and developing a personal action plan to move forward.

Course location

The course can be held either at our premises or as a company team at your location – we cover all of Denmark.
